Regressions:

My Sites Link in Search Results is Incorrect (Fixed in September 2014 CU 15.0.4649.1001) (Thanks, Oleg)

Notes:

Was released late because of Service Pack 1 hilarity
Adds new Disaster Recovery capabilities around Async databases and read-only secondaries
The patch is broken into two downloads because of its size. You need both.

Adds ability to create site collections with CSOM without additional software.
