SharePoint 2016 Builds List

SharePoint 2016 is nearly upon us and it’s time for me to publish a SharePoint 2016 Builds List. This way you all have a fighting chance to keep up to date with SharePoint 2016 patches. Unlike my SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 lists, I’m not doing this as a blog post. Instead I’m doing it as a wiki page. That format makes it easier for me to update and hopefully easier for you to read. I’m also going fix how regressions are exposed for each build. Here’s a link to the new page:

I also created a corresponding Twitter account @SP2016Builds where I will tweet SharePoint 2016 Builds related information. Follow me, I’ll follow you back and make you look like a big deal on Twitter.

As always, I welcome your feedback. You can leave me a comment here, or send me a Tweet at the address above.

Re: SharePoint 2016 Builds List

Probably meaningless, but I notice that SPO right now is 16.0.0.4803. Back in the beginning of December, it was 16.0.0.4622.

You mentioned that the 2016 RC is 16.0.4336.1000. Is SPO that much further ahead, or is there really no correspondence between the two?

16.0.4327

Awesome, I actually found the list when googling around the other day.
I guess we're back to the age old question of "what does build version really mean in SharePoint". I've followed all steps to upgrade my Beta 2 to RC and my CA / get version says 16.0.4327.1000, kinda makes me feel special :)

Only when I check manage patch status do I see the two RC updates that reports version 16.0.4336.1000.

Should i upgrade my Sharepoint Server?

Our Server is currently at 16.0.4327.1000.
1. I would like to know if I should upgrade it or not?
2. Also, I want to How and to which Patch level I should upgrade my server as I am way behind the current patch release by MS?
