Netcast 90–Being Naughty

In this episode I talk about using Notepad++ to help troubleshoot web.config problems. I give some bad advice on web disposal in PowerShell. I also talk about how to bulk import and export files using SPieFolder. Finally I debut my list of regressions for SharePoint patches.

Bulk Import with Meta-data (using flat file)

Todd,

Long time fan. Just wondering if you have any PowerShell script that will bulkimport files into document libraries with metadata. That would be great. I found this link http://get-spscripts.com/2010/10/bulk-upload-files-with-metadata-into.html but he does not support Date/Time fields and my flat file has bunch of date/time fields.
