What is SharePoint?
Isn't that the million dollar question? SharePoint is a product from Microsoft. It is a collection of server functionality that is web based and sits on top of Microsoft's platform of Windows Server and Internet Information Server (IIS). It comes in two flavors. Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) and Office SharePoint Server (MOSS)
